What We Do

Component Design

The original part for a 1963 Corvette was not manufacturable as designed so we revised it to incorporate side mounted set screws for securing it to the taillight housing.

Tooling Development

After the necessary changes were made to the part, a preliminary mold design was generated to define the core and cavity details.

CAD modeling

A Solidworks CAD file was then created to machine the quick change insert set.

Once the mold design was completed it was incorporated into a Solidworks CAD file for producing a set of quick-change inserts. Samples of our recent projects using this tooling concept. The Corvette lens is center left.

High Pressure Die Casting

If volumes warrant, we can provide high pressure die cast parts on a cost effective basis.

3d Printing

We have the ability to print parts ranging from FDM-MJF in sizes ranging from miniature to over 3 feet in length. This process is especially suited for prototyping before manufacturing.

Gravity Die Casting

For low volume cast metal applications, gravity die casting can generate quality parts with low cost tooling and short lead times.
